We're really excited at Embrace because we have a new phone system. You should hear the ooohs and aaahs as we see calls flow so nicely... it's very exciting.
As you can imagine, we are finding a few technical hitches every now (and more than a couple of user errors - ahem) so bear with us as we iron out the wrinkles.
But don't worry though, you'll still get real people answering the phone as always (no phone tree) but if no-one's available to take your call immediately, you'll get to wait until someone can help you - no being diverted to voice mail immediately (how rude of our old system!)
