Before I started working on a pet-related business, I couldn't believe the number of times people referred to products that were top of their class as "best of breed" - how MBA-like. Somehow it didn't seem right putting an expression that refers to live cats and dogs onto inaminate objects such as cereals and bathroom fixtures. That's just wrong.
So, I generally make a little internal groan when we use this expression referring to pet insurance; however, since I think of Embrace Pet Insurance as a living and breathing obsession, I suppose it's not so insulting to cats and dogs when we use it.
Anyway, I can't myself but hope we have a "best of breed" product in your eyes - after all, it's not me that decides that, it's you, our soon-to-be-customers.
